Visitors to the 'Harman Explore' showcase at CES will be able to participate in live demonstrations of Harman’s latest products to experience how new technologies will impact drivers, pedestrians, and the communities we travel within.

Ford Recalled More Cars Than Any Other Automaker in 2022
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has finalized its list of automotive safety recalls for 2022. Ford Motor Company led all automakers with the most recall alerts in 2022.
The blue oval notified owners to bring their vehicles in for an urgent safety repair 67 times last year. All told, 8,636,265 Ford-built vehicles got a recall notice.
Volkswagen Group came in second if you count by the number of recall campaigns (46), but Tesla picked up the silver for number of vehicles recalled (3,769,581).
Goodyear and Gatik Demonstrate Capability to Accurately Estimate Tire-Road Friction Potential
Goodyear and Gatik have demonstrated, in a proof of concept, that intelligent tires powered by Goodyear SightLine technology can accurately estimate tire-road friction potential and provide real-time information to Gatik's automated driving system (ADS).
With road-friction data, tires can help enable smoother, safer and more sustainable driving. This is critical information for autonomous vehicles in terms of path planning and providing recommendations for safe driving speed, vehicle acceleration limits and vehicle following distance.
Goodyear will also be deploying Goodyear SightLine technology on select original equipment vehicles bringing immediate utility to today's mobility market.
Alta eMobility Announces Agreement with BorgWarner to Service & Distribute DC Fast Chargers
Alta eMobility has announced an agreement with BorgWarner to service and distribute direct current fast chargers (DCFCs) as part of its long-term goal to provide fleet, workplace charging, and retail customers with a one-stop shop for electric charging solutions.
The agreement solidifies and enhances Alta eMobility’s seamless integration for new and existing customers wanting to electrify and charge their electric vehicles with a guaranteed inventory of DCFCs.

Sygic GPS Navigation now available on Visteon’s AllGo App Store
Sygic, a provider of navigation applications for consumers and professionals, has partnered up with Visteon, an automotive cockpit electronics supplier, to provide drivers with a new digital in-car experience.
Leveraging Visteon’s pioneering work in in-vehicle infotainment, the Visteon AllGo App store features a variety of automotive-optimized mobility, navigation, parking and infotainment apps.
“The addition of Sygic GPS Navigation to the Visteon AllGo App Store provides automakers with a robust navigation solution that brings new, connected features for vehicles,” said Rishita Bachu, Global Head of Connected Services Ecosystem, Visteon.
