Join us on Monday, April 13, 2026, for an engaging panel discussion featuring members of WIFM, followed by a “Build Your Own Brag Book” workshop hosted by WIFM.
Women in Fleet Panel Discussion: Translating Performance into Leadership Voice (10:30-11:30 a.m. Room 25C)
In fleet management, results matter, but results alone rarely secure influence. The “Humble Trap” quietly limits career growth when high-performing professionals assume their work will speak for itself. In reality, impact must be translated into business value, risk reduction, and measurable return on investment.
This panel brings together accomplished women leaders in fleet who have learned to quiet their internal critic and confidently advocate for their expertise. Panelists will share real-world experiences of moving from behind-the-scenes contributors to strategic voices at the table—whether in safety, operations, finance, sustainability, or executive leadership.
NAFA & WIFM Women in Fleet Workshop: Build Your Book (11:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m. Room 11)
This highly interactive session combines The Gap and The Gain (measuring progress backward from outcomes) with Confident by Choice to help participants intentionally document, frame, and communicate their professional impact.
Through guided exercises and peer-supported work time, attendees will build the tools they need to advocate for themselves with clarity and credibility.
Participants will leave with a completed Brag Bingo Card and a Brag Book Template using the S.A.R. (Situation, Action, Result) method—practical tools for performance reviews, leadership conversations, and career advancement within fleet management.
