Clean Energy Fuels Corp. will be building a natural gas fueling station at the LA-Ontario International Airport. The station will be selling 800,000 gallons of natural gas a year to airport shuttle buses, taxis, and vans. By the end of the year, the company expects to have 200 stations in operation across the country.
NAFA Fleet Management Association is working on obtaining tax credits for public service fleets on alternative fuel and hybrid vehicles. The proposal was submitted to allow state and local government and other tax exempt entity fleets to take advantage of tax credits for the environment and being fiscally responsible.
