Ford Motor Co. has been served with a class action suit claiming it overlooked defects in vehicle touch-screen control systems, which created safety hazards for drivers. The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California by the Center for Defensive Driving, a non-profit driver safety group.
