Private Party Used Vehicle Sales are Up, Art Spinella Says

April’s gain in used-vehicle sales were predicted to be light, up about 1.5%, with most of this increase coming from Private Party sales. Franchised dealers were seeing used car sales go up around 1%, while Independent dealers were remaining static. CNW Research’s Art Spinella has been predicting an increase of private party sales for several months now.
