Excellent customer service begins with exceptional leadership—leaders who place mirrors around people, allowing them to see their reflections and discover their inner strengths and talents.
This approach fosters lasting confidence and creates a nurturing environment where individuals can thrive and deliver extraordinary customer service.
I have personally experienced the power of a customer-driven leader. Years ago, a leader in my life held up a mirror for me—allowing me to see my potential, even when I couldn’t yet believe in it myself. That moment changed everything.
We know spare tires are important. So why are automakers ditching them?
First, there's an industry-wide movement away from them, regardless of powertrain. One of the reasons why this is happening: Spare tires are extra weight. Weight hurts fuel economy. And automakers have strict fuel economy targets to meet.
That also applies to EVs, where reducing weight can help companies advertise higher ranges. EVs are also ditching spares due to space constraints, says Robby DeGraff, manager of product and consumer insights at research firm AutoPacific.
"Tire technology and roadside assistance are strong enough today that it allows us to prioritize everyday things our drivers want," Shad Balch, director of communications for Chevrolet said via email.

AI outpaces any foundational innovation before it and no industry will remain untouched. Legacy companies, built on human-driven efficiencies over decades, are now confronted with digital tools that can rewrite the playbook overnight.
Industries that have historically lagged in tech adoption, such as commercial transportation and fleet management, are particularly vulnerable as AI-powered disruptors reinvent entire sectors of the economy.
The fleets of the future will be more than electric, autonomous, or connected. They will be AI-optimized, AI-managed, and AI-driven, achieving previously unimaginable levels of efficiency and profitability.
