Bollinger Motors, Inc., an electric commercial vehicle (“EV”) manufacturer, announced it has reached an agreement to sell 50 vehicles to EnviroCharge, a provider of convenient and flexible charging solutions for electric vehicle owners.
By combining the charging unit with the Bollinger B4, EnviroCharge will provide a convenient mobile charging unit allowing electric vehicle owners to quickly and easily charge EVs anytime, anywhere.
“This is a big step forward for EnviroCharge customers, as it provides a clean-fuel EV charging solution on a zero-emission vehicle,” said Charlie Stockton, CEO of EnviroCharge.

Cost-conscious parents looking to provide a safe vehicle for their teen driver seem to be in luck right now, at least according to an updated list compiled by IIHS and Consumer Reports.
Not only is the selection robust, but all those vehicles on the list meet or exceed the stringent IIHS driver-side small overlap testing standards. They also scored highly on a number of other key safety criteria, including ADAS.
“It’s exciting to see crash avoidance tech like automatic emergency braking filtering through the fleet and into affordable used models, including many priced under $15,000,” said IIHS Research Scientist Rebecca Weast. “With a little knowledge and patience, families can find the right vehicle for their new driver without spending all their savings.”

In the ever-evolving landscape of automotive technology, the intersection between vehicle customization and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) is becoming increasingly pronounced.
The advent of ADAS technology presents a new frontier fraught with challenges for vehicle customization. With federal mandates requiring the integration of ADAS features in 2025 vehicles and about 75% of vehicles in North America estimated to be ADAS-equipped by 2030, the aftermarket faces a paradigm shift.
Collaboration between OEMs, aftermarket entities, and regulatory bodies is imperative to develop standardized procedures and guidelines for vehicle customization.

Although it's hard to convince every driver to put down their phones, fleets do have an option to combat distracted driving within their ranks.
NoCell Technologies has developed a technology that eliminates temptation and improves driver safety.
To learn more about their product and how it can save fleets millions of dollars in insurance claims, we spoke with Corey Woinarowicz, CRO of NoCell Technologies.
"Our platform allows fleet managers to supervise cell phone usage while driving a company vehicle... If the driver needs access to a navigation app, an ELD, or a camera, the product allows drivers to access those while physically removing all other apps from the phone."
