Black Book editor, Ricky Beggs, when comparing March (11,187 units) and September (9,474 units) used market figures, has indicated that wholesale prices for October will be "typical" for fall, falling as the leaves fall, he says.
Struggle Intensifies on Increasing Ethanol Blend to 15%
A coalition of major auto and motorcycle makers are opposing the ethanol industry's campaign for the EPA to increase the nation's ethanol blend to 15% from its current 10% blend. A new report commissioned by Renewable Fuels Association says there's no apparent reason all post-1994 model year cars and light trucks cannot use the higher blend.
