Isuzu announced that the NRR EV has been awarded California Hybrid and Zero-Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project (HVIP) eligibility by the California Air Resources Board (CARB).
When the Isuzu NRR-EV arrives in California, customers will appreciate the added incentives provided by California HVIP. The NRR-EV’s HVIP-eligibility means customers can qualify for up to a $60,000 HVIP voucher.
“As businesses continue to build their zero-emission fleets, the HVIP voucher for the NRR-EV is a big step in bringing those customers into the Isuzu brand,” says Shaun Skinner, President of Isuzu Commercial Truck of America.

One of the hottest buzz phrases of 2024 is turning out to be “hidden fees.” For many businesses, including transportation fleet, the prices we see in plain sight are rarely the prices we end up paying.
The pandemic and rapidly changing economy made it important to scrutinize every detail of a fleet’s vehicle lease structure, especially as this meant the difference of millions gained or lost toward the bottom line.
Today, the industry’s penchant for hidden fees has only exacerbated this problem further, underscoring the importance of transparency in lease structures. Companies utilizing Full-Service Leases are paying the price for this lack of transparency.

One would imagine that charging an electric car in America’s largest and wealthiest city would be a reasonably good experience, if not great. But unfortunately, that hasn't been the case, at least until now.
Brooklyn-based ride-hail start-up Revel inaugurated Manhattan’s first public fast charging station that will be open round the clock. Located by the FDR Drive freeway along the East River, the station is home to 10 320-kilowatt stalls made by Finnish manufacturer Kempower. It will be open to all EVs, with both NACS and CCS connectors. The company has become the city’s largest operator of fast charging stations, with 64 public chargers opened so far across Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan.
