Grupposo Named NextGear Capital’s VP of Operations and Business Development

NextGear Capital has appointed Peter Grupposo as Vice President of Operations and Business Development. Grupposo will be responsible for leading the company’s market portfolio strategies and field operations structure, and he will serve out of the company’s headquarters in Carmel, Ind. Grupposo began his career with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and then began working with NextGear Capital's predecessor, Dealer Services Corporation, in 2005 in the New England region.

The company needs leaders with the kind of diverse experience, wealth of knowledge, and creative energy that Grupposo brings, said NextGear Capital COO Shane O’Dell. The company is experiencing tremendous growth and must have the balanced approach to strategic planning and developing new initiatives offered by Grupposo, O’Dell said.
