The Center for Transportation Safety, a PHH Arval Company and a leading provider of driver training solutions and fleet risk management, has opened its curriculum to the public through CTS Driving Academy in Colorado. Fuel economy ratings on new vehicles sold are increasing again after dropping for two months.
