GE Capital Fleet Services Helped Save Customers $210 Million in 2014
GE Capital Fleet Services announced that it identified $420 million in potential cost savings for customers in 2014, with customers realizing $210 million in actual savings as a result.
By working with fleet customers and analyzing data via its Strategic Consulting Services group, GE Capital Fleet Services is able to highlight areas for savings and has identified $1.6 billion potential savings opportunities for customers since 2011.
Donlen Scores ‘World Class’ in Customer Satisfaction
Donlen released their 2014 customer satisfaction scores showing a one percent increase from the previous year.
Customer satisfaction levels increased, and overall, 97% of their customers were satisfied to extremely satisfied with Donlen. In addition, Donlen achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 63, more than four times the national average.
CEI Names Sean P. O’Malley Midwest Sales Manager
The CEI Group, Inc. (CEI), a provider of automotive fleet accident, safety and risk management services, announced the appointment of Sean O’Malley as Midwest regional sales manager.
Mr. O’Malley comes to CEI after nine years at ARI, an automotive fleet leasing and management services company, where he was a district sales manager. ARI is also a distributor of CEI’s fleet services.
