Most Americans rely on cars to get around, with drivers spending an average of more than 373 hours on the road. Some cities are better for those behind the wheel. To determine those places, WalletHub compared the 100 largest cities across 30 key indicators of driver-friendliness.
Many factors contribute to Corpus Christi, TX, being the best city to drive in overall. Corpus Christi has the lowest average gas price among any of the cities included in the study, at $3.35 per gallon. Being the best city for driving isn’t all about costs, though. Congestion is a huge issue, and Corpus Christi drivers only spend an average of 8 hours per year in traffic during their daily commutes.
Dealers and lenders remain stable in capitalizing on new and used vehicle demand, but they face threats in their back-office operations by keeping their workflows in a paper-based environment rather than a digital one.
The longer dealers and lenders remain in a paper-based operational workflow environment, the more inefficiencies and compliance risks they face.
We now need to continue to shift focus to digitization as a solution for the risk and liability we have in the transaction around use of paper and management of original documents.
