This is good for everyone because 63% of deaths were passengers, drivers of other vehicles or non-motorists rather than the teen driver. More improvement is needed and requires enforcement of strict parental rules.
Wholesale prices showed year-over-year gains for the first time in 19 months, says Manheim chief economist Tom Webb. Values for large pickups and SUVs have climbed "sharply" and compact car prices have declined significantly, according the to Manheim Index.
