Safer Teen Driving Requires Strict Parental Rules
Graduated driver licensing laws implemented over the past decade have steadily decreased fatalities from teen driver crashes. This is good for everyone because 63% of deaths were passengers, drivers of other vehicles or non-motorists rather than the teen driver. More improvement is needed and requires enforcement of strict parental rules.
May Wholesale Prices Saw First Year-Over-Year Gain Since October 2007
Wholesale prices showed year-over-year gains for the first time in 19 months, says Manheim chief economist Tom Webb. Values for large pickups and SUVs have climbed "sharply" and compact car prices have declined significantly, according the to Manheim Index.
