During the Copenhagen Climate Conference, 14 of the world's largest cities agreed to become more electric vehicle friendly, including the U.S. cities of Chicago, Houston, and Los Angeles. The cities agreed to a set of initiatives to cultivate charging stations, electric vehicle purchases, and within city fleets.
Residual values for 2010 Ford vehicles are up an average of $1,310 per vehicle from 2009. Ford says that's the industry's biggest increase among full-line automakers. Ford is also boasting that it surpassed Toyota in customer consideration during online shopping, as measured by Compete Inc.
KBB's award for 2010-model vehicles with the best resale value include the Toyota Tacoma pickup, Ford F-150, Honda Accord, the Mini Cooper and the Lexus RX350 luxury utility vehicle. Value based on depreciation value formula, not original cost, after five years.
