Resale values of many fuel-efficient compact and midsize cars are expected to drop 5% in June with lower gasoline prices, according to NADA’s Used Car Guide. Prices on those used vehicles had double-digit gains from January through May, and the drop should continue this summer. National gas prices are now averaging $3.71 a gallon, down from $3.94 in April.
