An online poll of 500 North American automotive and apps executives by Telematics Update find that “complexities of cross-platform development” is the largest roadblock for in-vehicle apps. Driver distraction legislation and automotive and consumer electronic product lifestyle differences are still important, but resolving these complexities is even more so. It’s a topic that will be addressed at the upcoming conference, Content and Apps for Automotive USA 2012.
