PARS Helps with the Many Facets of Vehicle Relocation

PARS is celebrating 15 successful years in the vehicle location business this year, and they’re very proud to help their (very satisfied) customers through each and every step of that process. Between Bill of Lading and Delivery of the vehicle, PARS provides tons of services in between – including DMV Inspections, Storage, Repairs, and Reconditioning – just to name a few.

“PARS has really evolved and grown around its customers, creating highly dynamic partnerships. Our clients’ customers are demanding, which means we have tailored our services to meet their demands – essentially becoming an extension of those organizations,” said John Ross, Internal Customer Support Manager, PARS.

DMV Inspections

When any sort of DMV or state inspections are needed in transit, PARS has its clients covered – from inspections to tags to plates, they can do it all en route. They can stop at a DMV if they’re provided with the necessary paperwork, and they will register the vehicle, including any required inspections or plates – so that vehicle can be ready to drive away as soon as it’s delivered.

Vehicle Storage

Storage is another service that PARS provides. They often have clients who have terminated employees (whether it be voluntary or involuntary), so it becomes necessary to pick up that company car and then store it, since they do not yet have a replacement person to deploy that vehicle to. The storage facilities offer twenty-four hour security, and vehicles have to be checked in and checked out. Essentially, they provide a great place to stash the vehicle until it’s time to redeploy it.

Vehicle Repairs and Reconditioning

There are more requests than ever for vehicle repairs, so PARS has set aside several people who primarily work on those repairs as the vehicles go into storage. They also offer convenient repair scenarios for vehicles that are going from person to person. In either case, photos and evaluations are provided to customers, who can then make informed decisions on what repairs they’d like to have made.

When it comes to reconditioning, PARS provides a host of services spanning the spectrum from maintenance to tire changes to oil changes to, well, just about anything in the world of reconditioning.

All in all, PARS offers professional relocation services – along with a host of accompanying professional services to make sure the client’s vehicle relocation experience is the best that it can possibly be.

“Much of what our clients love best about PARS is our professionalism and our communication. We get lots of compliments here at headquarters on our logistic coordinators on how well they have taken care of customers. That they are there for them, that they respond to their requests and they don’t just leave them out there not knowing what is going on. Communication is a very key piece of what we do,” said Tish Huckins, Inside Operations Manager, PARS.
