Leah Shaver is president and CEO of the National Transportation Institute (NTI). As a woman who’s been working in the trucking industry for more than two decades, she’s passionate about issues affecting women in a traditionally mostly-male industry.

NTI is woman-owned; she served six years on the board of directors of the Women in Trucking Association, and she recently became a parent — so the topic of women in trucking is something she’s personally and professionally passionate about.
