Effective today, Merchants Fleet Management will focus its operations into 5 major functional groups; Client Services, Products & Services, Fleet Operations, License & Title, and Credit.
Jack Firriolo, COO, commented “Merchants has experienced significant growth and we also have a senior member of our team retiring. To serve our clients with the operational excellence they have grown to expect from us we needed to realign our teams”.
Donna Talbot, Executive Director of Client Services and Client Integrations, will be retiring on June 9th. Firriolo commented on Talbot’s retirement saying, “Donna will always be part of the Merchants family but her employment will be coming to an end. Donna’s presence will always be felt and her impact will always be remembered. We wish Donna the very happiest of retirements”. The Client Services team will now be run by Steve Curt, Assistant Director of Client Services and Michelle Dillman, Associate Director of Client Services and Integrations.
Merchants notes the realignment not only will aide them in the growth they have already experienced but positions them well to continue the aggressive growth of their portfolio. “Each year we continue to grow our portfolio and this operational realignment will ensure we can continue to serve our current customers while bringing in new customers to the organization” said Tom Coffey, Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
The new operational teams will be led by: Michelle Dillman, Associate Director of Client Services & Integrations; Stephen Curt, Assistant Director of Client Services; James Crocker, Director of Fleet Operations; Dan Hannan, Executive Director of Products & Services; Cheryl Horn Director of Fleet Resources.
