We know that there are substantial aspects of fleet management that can be improved by using AI tools. We feature a number of those solutions in this week’s issue.
But the human touch will always be essential. I recently attended a gathering of retired Wheels’ employees who met in Chicago to honor the late, great marketing executive Dennis LaLiberty. He was extraordinary. Each of us talked about the impact Dennis had made in our lives.
Former Wheels executive Ford Pearson said, “He could use his intelligence and be the Wheels fleet management expert that provided insight and advice to fellow employees and clients…and he helped others grow, solve their problems, and develop.”
