The Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association (AFLA) is once again excited to have Women in Fleet Management (WIFM) kick off its Annual Conference. The WIFM sesssion is open to all conference registrants and this year will feature Kathy Korman Frey facilitating an educational session on her system of Guerilla Mentoring. Make sure to come early and catch this great session on Sunday, September 7th starting at 4:30 PM.
Guerrilla Mentoring is a proprietary Hot Mommas process wherein a million-dollar executive peer mentoring technique has been adapted for dynamic women of all ages. Put down your pen, tablet or laptop, stop thinking about taking notes and get ready to engage with your peers! This workshop will offer you and your fellow attendees the opportunity to effectively examine current challenges, problem-solve and jump-start fresh ideas with and for each other. Want to take this back to the office or out into the field? Great! You’ll find out how to do that too!
