Donlen Names as one of the Nation’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For

Donlen, the fleet industry’s most customer-centric and technically integrated provider of financing and fleet management solutions, has been recognized by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) as one of the Nation’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®.

For the second time this year, Donlen has been recognized by the NABR. In July 2015, Donlen was named a Best and Brightest Company to Work For in Chicago. The 2015 winning companies were selected by an independent research firm that evaluates each company’s entry in the following categories: Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; Strategic Company Performance and the Best of the Best Small Business.

“At Donlen, we are committed to providing an environment where every employee has the opportunity to achieve their professional and development goals,” Donlen’s Director of Human Resources Lynn Beaulieu said. “Our culture empowers our employees to be part of a growing team, to contribute and be successful. To be recognized by the Best & Brightest organization for our efforts both nationally and in Chicago is extremely gratifying for all of us. Only 309 companies are selected, and we are honored by this recognition.”

“Nationally recognized award recipients keep innovative human resource initiatives at the forefront of their company culture and make it a priority to consider their workforce as an essential aspect in their company success. Our Association is proud to recognize and honor these winning companies for this impressive achievement,” said Jennifer Kluge, NABR president.

The companies that have been selected to be recognized nationally as a Best and Brightest Company to Work For® will be featured in the January 14th online edition of Corp! Magazine. The winning companies will also receive additional recognition as a national winner at a Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® awards symposium and gala at a location of their choosing in several U.S. cities.
