Donlen Selected by IAOP for 2013 Global Outsourcing 100
Donlen announced that they have been selected by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (IAOP®) in the Leader category for The 2013 Global Outsourcing 100® service providers listing. This is the seventh time Donlen has been named as one of the best outsourcing service providers by IAOP. Led by a panel of industry-recognized outsourcing leaders, including IAOP Chairman Michael Corbett, judging was based on a set of measurable standards including size and growth, customer satisfaction, depth of competence, and management capabilities. Driving Dynamics Promotes Two Executive Leaders
Driving Dynamics has promoted Debbie Lodge to Vice President of Client Relations and Stig Nielsen to Director of BTW Training Services. Lodge joined the company in 2009 and has been responsible for the development of enhanced, account service processes as well as the recruitment and management of a newly formed, professional client services team. Lodge will be taking on additional operational responsibilities and involved in strategic decision making. Nielsen has been a member of the company’s advanced performance, behind-the-wheel instructional team for over 15 years with many of those years involved in managing training events, onsite instructors and Driving Dynamics’ fleet of high-tech, mobile classrooms situated throughout North America. FLD Offers Smartphone App Providing Fleets Fair Market Value of Vehicles
FLD, Inc., launched eCR (electronic condition report), the first smartphone app guaranteed to provide fleet managers the true fair market value of their vehicles. The patent-pending app runs independently and places no demand on a fleet manager’s existing IT structure or personnel resources. Instead, eCR allows users to instantly capture critical data value points in the field, enabling them to gather more accurate, legible and timely information about an asset’s real-time condition so that a true fair market value can be established. Volvo Group Venture Capital Becomes an Investor in DriveCam
DriveCam Inc. announced that Volvo Group Venture Capital, a subsidiary to the Volvo Group, has made a strategic investment in DriveCam, a global driver risk management company. Through the investment, Volvo Group becomes a minority shareholder in the company. “This strategic investment enables the commercial vehicle industry to benefit from our collaborative development efforts, while it also supports the Volvo Group’s vision to become the world leader in sustainable transport solutions,” said Johan Carlsson, president of Volvo Group Venture Capital.
