Donlen Named as Finalist in 2016 Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service

Donlen was named a Finalist in the Customer Service Management Team of the Year category in recognition of our Customer Experience Team including Donlen’s Maintenance Call Center and the Business Intelligence Solution – New Version category for Donlen’s DriverPoint® Telematics solution in the 10th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service. With this recognition, Donlen will ultimately be a Gold, Silver, or Bronze Stevie Award winner in the program.

“We are proud of our achievements, and we continuously look for ways to improve the performance of our customer service and our contact center,” said Bill Byrnes, Donlen vice president, contact center operations. “The benefit of our hard work is that our customers will have the fastest answer times in the industry when they call our contact center, and their vehicles will be back on the road sooner.”

“Being recognized validates that the evolution of our telematics solutions is seen as a strategic investment for company vehicles,” said Tom Sloan, Donlen manager of telematics and safety products. “The benefit of the Donlen DriverPoint Telematics program is that our customer’s data will be fully integrated with Donlen’s fleet information management system, FleetWeb, and keep us moving towards a true predictive and prescriptive solution for fleets.”

More than 2,100 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition, an increase of 11% over 2015. Finalists were determined by the average scores of 115 professionals worldwide, acting as preliminary judges. The awards are presented by the Stevie Awards, which organizes several of the world’s leading business awards shows including the prestigious International Business Awards and American Business Awards.

“The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service continues to be the fastest-growing of our international awards programs,” said Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie Awards.  “The sheer number of nominations is matched by the increasing quality of those nominations.  We congratulate all of this year’s Finalists and wish them well in the next phase of judging.”

Details about the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service and the list of Finalists in all categories are available at www.StevieAwards.com/Sales.
