Donlen Honored as Stevie Award Winner in 2021 American Business Awards

Donlen was named the winner of two Bronze Stevie® Awards in the customer service category in The 19th Annual American Business Awards® – the most established and highly respected of the Stevies.

More than 3,800 nominations – a record number – from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories. The two categories in which Donlen received awards are Customer Service Department of the Year and Customer Service Team of the Year. Donlen is the only FMC to win the Stevie American Business Awards® for customer service.

As a service delivery organization, we evaluate everything we do from the perspective of our customers. We build long lasting partnerships by intimately understanding each customer’s unique needs and delivering on those needs. Our service teams have exceptional expertise and they use highly innovative, user-centric technology and processes to help our customers operate efficient, safe and cost effective fleets. Jim Wohlever, SVP of Customer Experience at Donlen said, “Our committed and consultative approach to customer service is one of our key pillars and we feel honored and excited by the recognition we are receiving through these awards.”

The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.

Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning “crowned,” the awards will be virtually presented to winners during a live event on Wednesday, June 30.

Judges for these categories are all highly accomplished customer service leaders in their respective fields and winners are those companies with the highest average scores. More than 250 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.
