ARI Recognized as One of the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in North America

ARI® is pleased to announce that it has been recognized as one of the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces™ in North America.

This annual award recognizes top employers that display leadership and innovation in engaging their workplaces.

“We are tremendously proud of this honor,” said ARI President Chris Conroy. “Our success as an organization is due in no small part to our employees, and it is important to us to ensure that they have a voice in the organization, that they know the company is committed to their growth personally and professionally, and that we maintain a culture of open communication and collaboration.”

The Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces™ Awards panel of judges evaluated each applicant based on the Eight Elements of Employee Engagement™: Communication, Leadership, Culture, Rewards & Recognition, Professional & Personal Growth, Accountability & Performance, Vision & Values and Corporate Social Responsibility.

The panel of judges included various academics and thought leaders on employee engagement, and included representation from organizations such as the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), HR Technology Conference, and HRO Today.

“Engaging employees and promoting positive workplace culture are now top priorities for business leaders in North America, and the elite companies on this list are already ahead of their peers and seeing positive effects from their programs,” said David Brennan, Achievers General Manager. “This award validates these companies’ commitments to creating a people-first focus and recognizes how having an engaged workplace has positive impacts across the business. Our sincere congratulations to all of the 2016 winners!”

The centerpiece of ARI’s award winning culture is the Partners In Excellence program. Introduced in 1989, Partners In Excellence provides ARI’s employees with guidance on the strategic direction of the company, while also supporting their contribution to the organization’s performance and success through the measurement of key metrics. Through programs, events and our annual employee celebrations, it also provides them with the recognition and praise they deserve for a job well done.

ARI will be honored alongside other recipients of the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces™ Award at the awards gala on September 12, 2016 at the Steam Whistle Brewery in Toronto.
