This is the fourth year in a row that Merchants has been named Great Place to Work-Certified™.
Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® recognizes companies that excel at employee relations, use innovation to motivate employees, implement creative compensation programs, and more. An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry based on key measures in various categories. Merchants Fleet ranked higher than the regional average in multiple areas, including employee enrichment and retention, compensation and benefits, employee education and development, recruitment, and community initiatives. It was also named one of the nation’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® earlier this year.
