UK’s Fleet Alliance Wins Best Small Fleet Leasing Company and Customer Service Awards

Pictured: Martin Brown, managing director of Fleet Alliance (center) receives the award for Best Small Leasing Company from David Brennan, chairman of the judging panel, watched by Ralph Morton, editor of Business Car Manager.

For the second successive year, Glasgow, Scotland-based Fleet Alliance has won the Best Small Fleet Leasing Company of the Year Award in the Small Fleet Leasing Awards, organized by Business Car Manager.

And to round off an outstanding achievement, the company also won the Small Fleet Leasing Customer Service Excellence Award – showing what a clear favorite it was with this year’s judging panel.

This was the second year that Business Car Manager had staged the Small Fleet Awards to celebrate the excellence of professional standards among the UK’s leading small fleet leasing companies and including manufacturers for the first time this year.

And once again, Fleet Alliance’s submissions this year were judged to be strong across the board by the judging panel. The judges felt the company had a clear and measurable focus on its SME customer base and was able to offer, through ongoing investment, a bespoke service tailored to each client’s specific requirements.

This business focus, coupled with sophisticated processes to gauge the end-user’s level of satisfaction with its service, persuaded judges that, once again, Fleet Alliance deserved the overall winner’s crown in the category for more than 250 vehicles.

Martin Brown, managing director of Fleet Alliance, said: “It is fantastic for Fleet Alliance to again be recognized by Business Car Manager, and by some leading players in the fleet sector, for our work in the SME sector which is an important, though not exclusive, part of our client portfolio.

“Whilst we are confident that we have a strong SME offering, it is extremely satisfying to win the award for the second year in a row and have that belief re-affirmed. To win two awards is an outstanding achievement and one of which we are very proud.

“We have been delighted with our success this year in a number of prestigious award schemes, which serve to demonstrate the significant investments and enhancements we have made in our products and services this year,” he added.
