CEI will be presenting case studies of how government and law enforcement vehicle fleets have saved time and money by outsourcing their accident management activities at the Police Fleet Expo-West 2014 show in Kansas City, MO, April 29 through May 2.
Representing CEI at the event will be Kathi Croze, national manager for government fleet sales. Ms. Croze was awarded the National Conference of State Fleet Administrators 2014 Distinguished Service Award, and in 2012 was named one of the top women in the fleet industry by Automotive Fleet magazine.
“Two of the main reasons government fleets use CEI for collision repair services are that their repair cycle time is greatly reduced and the data we collect and return to them is in an easily manageable format,” said Ms. Croze. “We can break down their repair costs and accident information so they know the who, what, when, where and how much of each accident, by department. That information is very powerful to them and helps make them look good in the eyes of their management.”
Among the case studies Ms. Croze will cite include state, county and city governments across the country whose law enforcement agency vehicles are covered by CEI’s accident management services. Its services include taking the first notice of loss, assignment of damaged vehicles to pre-qualified repair shops within 48 hours or less, auditing of repair estimates by in-house licensed physical damage appraisers who look for cost savings, management of the repair process to completion, recovery of damages caused by third-party drivers, and comprehensive online program reporting.
