Wheels Workforce Management Team Wins Bronze Stevie Award
Wheels, Inc. took home a service department Stevie award for Sales & Customer Service at the 2013 American Business Awards. The Wheels Workforce Management Team (WMT) was presented with a Bronze Stevie in the Back-Office Customer Service Team of the Year category during an awards gala night in Las Vegas. The Wheels WMT oversees more than 100 customer service agents who handle calls from drivers and vendors.
