Franchised and independent dealers saw strong used vehicle sales volume in October, up 8.1% and 12% respectively year-to-date. The actual transaction prices weren’t as strong – down 3.6% from last year and down 4.2% from September for franchised dealers. Credit challenged customers with FICO scores under 670 are getting more loans now, according the CNW Research’s October report.
