The 2014 Ford Transit Connect commercial van will offer the benefits of the passenger version with at least 30 mpg plus 130 cubic feet of cargo space, and there will be an optional compressed natural gas package available. It will be offered in a standard 2.5 L I-4 with 170 hp and 170 lb.ft., and a turbocharged 1.6L EcoBoost powerplant, which produces 178 hp and 184 lb-ft.
