Sun Auto Tire & Service Launches SAFE Fleet Program Nationwide

Sun Auto Tire & Service Launches SAFE Fleet Program Nationwide

Sun Auto Tire & Service Announces the Official Launch of the Sun Auto Fleet Enterprises (SAFE) Fleet Program

The Sun Auto Fleet Enterprises program is a comprehensive suite of services aimed at helping fleets of all sizes maximize productivity by reducing costly downtime. Benefits of the program include volume-based discounts, detailed vehicle history and digital vehicle inspections, nationwide warranty coverage, priority scheduling, and flexible payment options. A vast footprint of nearly 500 locations makes Sun Auto uniquely situated to deliver custom services to the demanding fleet service market.

Providing fleet managers with a reliable, trusted partner is the primary objective of SAFE, says Senior Director of Fleet Sales Scot Gammill: “Building a reliable partnership with service providers who understand the fleet’s specific priorities and provide consistent service is of the utmost importance. Whether you’re managing a fleet of Pest Control vehicles, HVAC trucks, or basic delivery vehicles, we are dedicated to ensuring that fleet vehicles receive the highest quality of service without compromise.”

Digital Vehicle Inspections are among the most important offerings of SAFE, continues Gammill: “With detailed, real-time insights into each vehicle’s condition, our Sun360 Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) empowers fleet managers to make informed decisions about their vehicle repairs. This provides a scalable solution to monitor each vehicle’s status meticulously, ensuring no detail is overlooked, despite the large numbers. This not only streamlines maintenance processes but also optimizes operational efficiency and vehicle uptime.”

Fleet managers will realize several additional benefits, like a choice of payment options. In addition to accepting all major credit cards, Sun Auto Fleet Enterprises offers flexible billing methods like the SAFE Coast Fuel Card, in-house credit, and national account billing. An objective is to streamline invoicing, making it transparent, organized, and easy. These options cater to diverse financial needs, enhancing satisfaction and allowing managers to focus more on operations than on chasing down financial paperwork.

The SAFE website, located at sunautofleet.com, launched this month. There, a fleet manager or customer can apply for the Coast fuel card, apply for an in-house charge account, and find a nearby Sun Auto Tire & Service location.
