Last year RTA made a commitment to Fleet Success and helping fleet operations achieve their goals. It took another step towards helping its clients succeed by releasing the Fleet Success Scorecard into its fleet management software application.
“As we wrote ‘The Fleet Success Playbook,’ we realized that while most FMIS providers do a great job on efficiency and operational metrics, there wasn’t a system out there for fleets to implement a lot of the other tools we recommend, particularly around stakeholders and culture. We have systems like this that help us run our business, so we decided to design systems to help you run your fleet, that go above and beyond what any other FMIS is doing,” RTA CEO Josh Turley said. “The scorecard will continue to add options and metrics that allow you to fine-tune your operation, comparing yourself to where you’ve been and against industry averages. It’s a tool designed to help you improve, and truly become a fleet success manager.”
The Fleet Success Scorecard will help fleets measure their success and will help RTA see where it can help their clients succeed. Through this tool, fleets can track how they are pacing under the Four Pillars of Fleet Success (Stakeholder Satisfaction, Intentional Culture, Resource Efficiency, and Risk Management), and how they compare to other fleets.
“This brings much-needed tools for fleet managers in telling the story of how their fleet operates and excels. It will help us find areas to focus on and see improvements in our operations, allowing us to cut through the chaos of all the things that need attention and to focus on the items that will make the most impact,” said Amanda Wilson, Director of Indiana University Fleet Services.
The Fleet Success Scorecard contains the following:
• Visual representation of an operation’s overall fleet success based on their input from each of the Four Pillars.
• Tools to obtain NPS, eNPS, and CSAT data. Through the Scorecard, fleets can send invitation emails to complete the surveys, provide a system to allow the customer or employee to respond, and a way to view the responses.
Why is obtaining NPS, CSAT, and eNPS important?
Getting this information allows fleets to find out how their customers and employees are feeling about their company. This can be difficult – and costly – to gather on their own. However, the Fleet Success Scorecard lets fleets easily utilize the tools without impacting their budget.
