Researchers in the UK say fleet drivers are at an increased risk of rear-end collisions on increasingly clogged roads. The majority of accidents occur when vehicles are either stationary or moving at 10 mph or less. The study found that the number of distracted drivers plowing into the back of stopped traffic is reaching epidemic proportions.
