Jim Halliday, President, North America of PHH Arval — soon to be renamed Element Fleet Management following its acquisition in July — has announced his senior management team in Canada. Two are from Element, and two from PHH Arval:
Pat Furgiuele
Since November 2013, Furgiuele has held the position of senior vice president and general manager of Canada for PHH Arval. She started with the company in 2011 as the Finance leader for Canada and since then has held positions of increasing responsibility.
Sudha Dwivedi
Starting with PHH Arval in 2008, Sudha Dwivedi has held several positions of increasing responsibility in the Human Resources function. Sudha will now lead the HR function for Canada and is responsible for developing and executing the human resources strategy specifically in the areas of talent management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.
Chris Gittens
Christopher Gittens joined General Electric Capital in 2004 and joined GE Capital Fleet Services in 2008, which was acquired by Element Financial Corp. in 2013. Chris has held positions of increasing responsibility, all focused on Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationships. In his new role, Chris will lead Canadian sales and client teams and be responsible for commercial activities and execution, including sales opportunities and creating/maintaining strong customer relationships.
Sumair Mirza
Sumair Mirza got his start in the fleet industry when he joined General Electric in 2003. During his 10 years in the fleet industry, Sumair has developed a broad range of expertise in Marketing, Operations, Strategic Consulting, Sourcing, Strategic Initiatives, and Product Development. In his new role, Sumair will oversee all products and services while managing the operational integration components to support North American customer solutions.
