Wholesale price softening continued in September both month-over-month and year-over-year; It was driven mainly by continued volume growth and fewer retail used units sold; Late model off-rental and risk units bucked the trend, continuing to see year-over-year price growth outside seasonal declines. Wholesale Used Vehicle Prices by Vehicle Model Class was down 1.4% from August and 0.6% from September 2012.

Manufacturer and Fleet/Lease Consignor Sales Up in Price Over Prior Year:
Dealer consignors were down year-over-year and all segments down from August.
Retail Used Vehicle Sales Fell in Volume from August:
Sales were down 10.4% from August and CPO down 21.6% from that month.
