A recent J.D. Power study measured the satisfaction of primary maintainers of two-year-old Class 8 heavy-duty trucks. Kenworth ranked highest in heavy-duty truck customer satisfaction in the over-the-road segment for a fourth consecutive year and in the vocational truck segment for a second consecutive year.
