How ‘Zero Days to Sale’ Eliminates Remarketing Risk for Sellers

By Gary Mott, President, FLD Inc.

As a leader in vehicle remarketing for more than 40 years, FLD is proud of the many accomplishments that have helped us become a pioneer in the remarketing space. From being an early proponent of auto auctions to remarket vehicles over three decades ago, to being the first fleet entity to offer an online vehicle condition report, there are a lot of reasons FLD is the logical choice for a remarketing partner.

Often people ask me: What are the single biggest reasons sellers should choose FLD to remarket their vehicles, and it’s not a hard question for me to answer. In fact, it’s a mantra we’ve been telling people for decades: Simply put, FLD completely eliminates remarketing risk by offering a “zero days to sale” guarantee. That means that the very same day sellers receive a quote, they can accept, and their vehicle is sold before the remarketing process even gets started.

With traditional vehicle remarketing, sellers don’t have any idea how much they’ll get paid for a vehicle until it finally sells. They also typically won’t receive payment until weeks – and sometimes months – until their vehicle does sell. The process can be maddening, often wasting valuable time and resources. Even worse – every day it takes to sell a vehicle is another day of additional lease payment and expenses that drive up total cost of ownership. By the time a vehicle finally does sell, owners can lose hundreds – if not thousands – of dollars, negatively countering years of even the best fleet management.

Of course, many remarketing providers and channel partners will tell you they can sell your vehicle “quickly” and for “top dollar,” but what do those words actually mean if they don’t have skin in the game? Sure, it’s easy to make these kinds of promises when you’re not the one who has something to lose in the process, but the simple fact is that all the risk is on the vehicle seller until a vehicle finally sells.

What these other providers won’t tell you is that they can buy your vehicle before they even sell it. And they for sure won’t pay you up front for the full price you agree to the way we will at FLD.

“Zero days to sale” means even more than just getting paid quickly. It means sellers don’t have to waste valuable time and resources managing vehicles through the remarketing process. Or deal with the hassles that come from sending vehicles to auction, haggling with dealers, or accepting whatever the FMC’s want to offer.

At FLD, the remarketing process is easy and transparent, and there’s never any mystery how our “zero days to sale” offer works. Instead, there’s just one simple, seamless transaction that takes less than a week, and leaves sellers free to move on to more important things quickly. With FLD you’ll get:

*A quote within hours

*Fast payment – usually within 24 hours of accepting an offer

*Safe, contactless vehicle recovery

*The ability to handle the entire process in real time using our WebAccess online solution from the convenience of any device, anytime, anywhere

We know times have been hard for everyone, and we want to increase your liquidity by putting cash in your pocket quickly. That’s why our “zero days to sale” offer makes remarketing easy. Give us a try to find out just how easy and remember: FLD is the one provider that guarantees remarketing without risk on every end of lease vehicle – and every piece of equipment. Give us a call today and get cash in your pocket tomorrow!
