General Motors will start selling its Chevrolet Spark EV in South Korea by the end of this year, and will be bringing it to Europe as well. The Spark EV went on sale in California last month; GM didn’t release sales projections but is very optimistic about long range prospects in key urban markets. The base price is $27,495 and it qualifies for a $7,500 federal tax incentive and another $2,500 credit in California.
