Donlen Partners with Top Canadian Fleet Firm

Donlen announced their strategic alignment with Jim Pattison Lease, a leading Canadian fleet management company with more than 28,000 vehicles under lease or management and part of the Jim Pattison Group, one of Canada’s largest privately held companies.

Under the agreement, the co-branded Donlen/Jim Pattison Lease maintenance product will provide Canadian customers with fleet management services from coast-to-coast and offer an established vendor network of service and repair facilities, as well as knowledgeable, bilingual maintenance technicians. In addition, drivers will access the extensive network using a co-branded maintenance card.

Donlen customers will benefit in a number of ways. Going forward, Donlen will be their single point of contact for all Canadian services, and all fleet-related data, including maintenance histories, will be consolidated in FleetWeb. This allows for a single invoice from Donlen for all North American services.

“In choosing a Canadian partner, there were two areas where we wouldn’t compromise: a strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to provide services to the same high standard that we do at Donlen. Jim Pattison Lease delivers on both,” said Gus Xamplas, Donlen’s VP, General Manager Canada. “With this agreement, we’re also able to provide complete FleetWeb data integration – a key factor for our customers with Canadian operations.”

“There are similarities in our two companies that go beyond the services we can provide,” said Wayne Rose, VP Operations, Jim Pattison Lease. “Like Donlen, we’re focused on 100% customer satisfaction at Jim Pattison Lease. That means every interaction we have is important to our long-term relationship with our customers. We’re proud to partner with Donlen and we look forward to working together.”

The alliance is effective as of May 2, 2014. More information will be provided to Donlen customers by their account managers.
