Distracted driving is on the rise, according to major auto insurer State Farm. During its four year study, the insurer polled 4,000 drivers 18 and older, and the data shows an increase in motorists accessing the internet while driving. The sharpest rise is among drivers between the ages of 18 to 29. Their numbers increased from 29% in 2009 to 48% in 2012.
