Coltrain Onsite Fleet Care Launch: Mission to Elevate Industry Standards via Family-Driven Culture, Expert Service

Coltrain Onsite Fleet Care Launches with a Mission to Elevate Industry Standards Through Family-Driven Culture and Expert Service

Coltrain Onsite Fleet Care is proud to announce its official launch, offering safe, reliable mobile maintenance services for commercial fleets—built on a foundation of safety, trust, and a deep respect for the industry.

Founded by brothers Kyle Coltrain and Kevin Coltrain and honoring their multi-generational family legacy of fleet maintenance excellence, Coltrain is not just another mobile maintenance service provider. It’s a family-owned and operated business committed to doing what it believes is best for the industry—defending the road by empowering Technicians, field leaders, and customers alike with a culture rooted in safety, trust, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

“At Coltrain Onsite, we believe Technicians are the defenders of the road—protecting the safety of fleets, families, and the economy with every turn of the wrench,” said Kyle Coltrain, President and Co-Founder of Coltrain Onsite Fleet Care. “That’s why we’ve built a company that empowers them through tools, trust, and a family-driven culture. Being family-owned and operated is more than a structure—it’s our commitment to doing what’s right for our people and for the industry.”

Coltrain Onsite mobile service units are fully equipped with high-end heavy-duty equipment, including Miller Trailblazer® 330 Air Pak™, to handle 95% of routine repairs and maintenance on-site, eliminating the need for shop visits and minimizing downtime. Services include preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, DOT compliance checks, and dedicated on-site Technician programs.

“Trust is everything—internally and externally,” added Kevin Coltrain, Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder. “That’s why we’ve built Coltrain around empowering our Technicians and giving them a real voice. They’re not just part of the team—they’re at the top of our org chart. We work for them.  Our teams around the Midwest and south are fired up because they see the vision of what we’re building. We are not a corporation focused on profits, we are a family-owned and operated company focused on people.”

Coltrain offers industry-leading pay, overtime opportunities, benefits packages, and a company culture that values balance. Coltrain stands firm in its commitment to remain family-owned and focused on long-term impact—not short-term gains.

Coltrain currently serves fleets across Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Louisiana, Florida, and Alabama, with plans to expand while maintaining its high standards and service.
