Merchants Fleet Management is pleased to announce that Candice Groth has joined their team as its Director of Purchasing. With the strong growth Merchants continues to experience, Candice will be focused on enhancing both customer facing and internal processes related to new vehicle acquisition.
Groth began her fleet management career in 1998 with GE Capital Fleet Services and progressed to Director of Operations at Element Fleet Management, where she was responsible for the company’s new vehicle ordering application.
“Candice brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Merchants Fleet Management,” said Vice President of Fleet Operations Adam Secore. “Her expertise in new vehicle ordering, supply chain management and operations will be a great addition to the company.”
Groth has over two decades of experience in the factory order process and has partnered with various industry leaders, including Ford, General Motors, Toyota, Nissan, and VW. She is regarded as a subject matter expert in the fleet industry. Groth earned her MA in Leadership and Management from Concordia University-St. Paul.
