American Traffic Solutions (ATS) has named Vincent Brigidi, Senior Vice President, General Manager ATS Fleet Services. In his new position Vincent will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Fleet Services Business Unit. Vincent comes to ATS from CEI, North America’s largest fleet accident management and driver safety service company.

At CEI, Vincent was president and chief operating officer where he led a team of nearly 240 people responsible for the management of 600,000 fleet vehicles and 118,000 drivers subscribed to CEI’s DriverCare™ solution. Vincent began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has over 16 years of experience in the fleet industry. Under Vincent’s leadership, CEI developed and implemented several innovative fleet technologies and the company grew significantly while further improving its operational efficiency.

David Roberts, previously announced as ATS Fleet General Manager in August, has since been promoted to ATS Chief Operating Officer with responsibilities for both the Fleet and State and Local Government Solutions Business Units.
