ARI Earns Spot on Best Workplace Ranking, Wheels a Finalist in EPIC Awards, Pricelock’s Partnership Program

ARI Makes Fortune’s “100 Best Places to Work For”
ARI has been named to FORTUNE’s 2013 “100 Best Places to Work For” list. Now in its 16th year, the annual list recognizes companies that seek to foster employee engagement and develop a culture of trust, cooperation and collaboration. Listed at number 70, ARI was only one of five newcomers to the list. The company was recognized for its family-like culture, its internal employee engagement and empowerment program, Partners in Excellence®, and its emphasis on employee development. By making this kind of investment in our employees, we know our company will be stronger and our customers will benefit,” said Carl Ortell, president of ARI. Learn more.

Wheels a Finalist in First-Ever EPIC Awards
Wheels, Inc. has been named a finalist in the supplier category at the first-ever Excellence in Procurement of Indirect Categories (EPIC) Awards. Wheels was nominated for the EPIC award by one of its clients, Best Buy Co., Inc. Wheels has provided fleet leasing and management services for the retail electronics giant since 2006, and last year the companies successfully collaborated on a major vehicle selector and upfitting optimization project for the Best Buy fleet. Winners will be announced at ProcureCon Indirect East 2013, which takes place February 11-13 in Charlotte. The awards honor individuals and organizations that have made exceptional achievements in corporate procurement. Learn more.

Energy Management Tools Part of Pricelock’s Partnership Program
Pricelock, a leader in online physical energy transactions, launched Pricelock Partnership Program allowing energy management, procurement and supply chain optimization consultants and service providers to utilize Pricelock’s robust suite of energy transaction products and network of hundreds of energy suppliers. By participating in the partnership program, energy services firms are able to serve their clients more strategically, increase their operating efficiency, expand their product offering and improve services. The end customer benefits from greater transparency into the energy procurement process and better energy prices. Pricelock’s partners received access, at no cost, to the same tools and platform that is used by some of the biggest utilities, power generators and distribution companies for their energy purchases.
