AFLA Selects New Board Members for 2024-2025

NAFA Announces 2026-2027 Board of Directors

The Automotive Fleet and Leasing Association (AFLA) announced newly-elected Secretary and Directors for the 2024-2025 Board of Directors term following the 2024 election by the members. These individuals will provide strategic vision, insight and direction through their elected positions and lend varied expertise and a depth of industry knowledge to the association. The new Board of Directors are slated to begin their terms at the conclusion of the AFLA 2024 Annual Conference this September in San Antonio, TX.

Secretary – Brett Ashley Bridges is Director of Communications & Client Services at BBL Fleet. She joined AFLA in 2022, as has served as AFLA Communications Task Force Chair since 2023.

Director of Fleet – Sharon Etherington is Sr. Manager, Regional Administrative Services at Roche Diagnostics. She has been a member of AFLA since 2019, serving on multiple task forces.

Director of Fleet Management Companies – Sahar Burney is Vice President, Account Management at Element Fleet Management. She has been an AFLA member since 2022.

Director of Manufacturers – Cesni Ennis is Regional Fleet Sales Manager, Central and Western Regions at Volkswagen of America. She has been an AFLA member since 2017.

Director-At-Large – Jen Pearson is Vice President at HopDrive. She has been a member of AFLA since 2018, serving on multiple task forces.

Matthew Betz, AFLA President congratulated the newly elected Board members by saying, “We are privileged to have these individuals join our Board of Directors. Not only do they add a wide-ranging breadth of experience to our organization, but they are passionate about serving AFLA and bringing value to our members.“

Based in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, AFLA promotes growth, expansion and professionalism within the fleet industry by providing education, research, technical standards, representation and advancement of member interests. AFLA has over six hundred members representing all industry segments, including fleet managers and sourcing professionals, auto manufacturers and dealers, remarketers, maintenance and repair companies and many other specialized suppliers.
