The beginning of a new year often brings us face to face with improvements we want to make in our career. We are fortunate in the fleet community to be able to turn to organizations such as NAFA to help us hone our skills, including giving us some coaching on how to present our value to senior management. NAFA’s Donald Dunphy has penned a two-part series entitled, “How to Present to Upper Management;” part one appeared in the November/December issue of Fleet Solutions. NAFA graciously released it to wider publication and you’ll find it this week in ‘My Brilliant Career.’
Joe LaRosa directs a fleet of some 28,000 vehicles in 106 countries for Merck, a formidable job we would say. But so typical of professionals in our industry, Joe finds the time to give back. A 19-year member of the Philadelphia Chapter of NAFA, Joe also serves as NAFA’s International Vice President and was a speaker at the much-lauded International Fleet Academy last fall.
