US auto safety regulators are dispatching an investigation on reports that rear suspension frames on older Hyundai Sonata sedans may rust and fall off. The investigation will inspect 393,000 prior-generation Sonatas built from 2006 to 2008 and sold in the U.S. Accelerated corrosion may lead to failure of vehicles’ control arms which are attached to the wheel hubs said the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
